Hi. How to download? Told to upgrade but when I clicked the upgrade button nothing happened. Appreciate any help given.

Although I am on the same boat as you, but my guess is they limit the user group which can download their uploaded content.
Well for whatever it is, I standby for any explanation. :cool:
