This addon creates a central place to allow staff members to discuss
members and keep the information in a central location rather than in
a staff only forum where it could get lost. Usernotes adds a tab to
the member's profile where Staff can view and add notes, via Xenforo's
built in editor, for that particular member.

Upload all files in BINARY mode.
Run validator.php before editing files to verify release.
Use online verifier of validator.php file and you will see NFO file.
Remove both files from server after checking and enjoy.
