This plugin adds a legal disclaimer section below the forum. Once you download and install the plugin on your forum site, you don't need to do anything extra; you can edit its content, enable or disable it, in the admin panel under XenForo options > [-XenTurka-] Legal Disclaimer Options.
The "Show in Footer" option appears in the footer (If you have selected this option, you can adjust it according to your theme in Theme Properties > [-XT-] Legal Notice Options Design section).
